As a hybrid conference, oral and poster presentations will be available for virtual formats.
  • Oral Presentation
    • Oral presentations onsite will be live-streamed so online participants can watch the presentation. The presentation will be recorded and can be archived for Video on Demand (VOD), if authorized by the presenter.
    • Virtual Oral presenters are required to pre-record their presentation and be online during their scheduled session to attend the Q and A.
  • Poster Presentation
    • 1. Physical poster
    • Aside from printing their posters, physical poster presenters are required to pre-record (up to 5 minutes) their poster presentation and submit it to JITMM Secretariat before the conference.
    • The pre-recorded presentations will be posted on the virtual platform so online participants can watch, leave a comment or question, which poster presenters can respond to online.
    • Stand by their posters during their scheduled presentations.
    *Physical poster presentations are limited to 40-60 presenters only. Other posters will be presented virtually.
    2. E-Poster
    • E- Poster presenters are required to pre-record (up to 5 minutes) their poster presentation and submit it to JITMM Secretariat before the conference.
    • The pre-recorded presentations will be posted on the virtual platform so online participants can watch, leave a comment or question, which poster presenters can respond to online.

 Detailed guidelines for oral and poster presentations will be shared with accepted and confirmed presenters.
